P1 Creators Terms of Service

You are reading the Terms of Service of a network of gaming and programming websites, Discord communities and applications collectively called “The Virtual World Project”, otherwise know as “VWP”. These websites and applications include, but are not limited to, mgnclan.com, p1gaming.net, P1 Creators, P1 Republic and alphahorizon.net.

The providers (“we”, “us”, “our”) of the services provided by this web site & and its associated Discord communities (“Service”) are not responsible for any user-generated content (“Content”). Content posted express the views of their author only. The Service may also be referred to as “P1gaming”.

You may not download images from this website for anything other than personal use. You may not republish images on this website, retransmit them or reproduce them.

You agree to not use the Service to post or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws.

We reserve the rights to remove or modify any Content posted for any reason without explanation. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the Service at any time.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or republish your Content in connection with the Service.

You are also agreeing to hand over the copyright of the items you produce for us that we choose to pay you for.

All Content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members. Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

You agree to keep a copy of these Terms of Service and to make a new copy each time you visit them.

You understand and agree to abide by our gaming server rules. These are the rules that govern each gaming server’s world or community. These rules may differ from server to server.

If you choose to slander or harass other members of our forum or gaming servers, break the guidelines set forth for any P1gaming server or break the Terms of Service as listed on this web page, you choose to give up all rights all protections these Terms give you. Moreover, you choose to give us rights to recover evidence of your actions by reading your private conversations and publishing them if need be.

If you receive Eagles or other P1gaming-related currency for work created during your membership of P1gaming or any of our Discords, groups, clans etc., e.g. P1 Creators, you choose to accept the currency as full and final payment for work linked to us or sent to us. This includes but is not limited to competitions for Eagles. The prize given is considered full and fair compensation for work sent us.

Any amount you choose to donate to P1gaming may be made public by P1gaming.

If you choose to share suggestions or volunteer your time to help P1gaming or any of its related projects, you agree to the following:

1. That you are giving these ideas and your time and effort freely, without cost to us and that you are giving us full permission over and ownership of your ideas or the results of your effort to the greatest extent allowed by law.
2. In any case where such a transfer of ownership is not allowed by law you grant us a royalty-free, exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use your ideas in our any project we (the company that provides this service) undertakes.

Participating in our videos & live streams are considered volunteering your time and points 1. and 2. just above this text do relate to it.

When participating in a video you’re character becomes part of P1gaming’s property if we played a role in creating the character. For example, if you are known as “FunnyGiraph” in a roleplay or video you give us the rights necessary to recast that character and/or sell memorabilia and/or apparel with your character’s name on it and/or anything related to your character. P1gaming will retain ownership over your video-character or persona if we played a role in creating the character.

Any creativity or creative work or idea you express while on our voice chat applications or in a video will belong to P1gaming.

You choose to indemnify and hold harmless our organization and its affiliates/agents from and against any liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) reasonably incurred with respect to any action or proceeding brought or threatened to be brought before any court, administrative body, or other tribunal, or for any losses or perceived loses the use of our services might bring.

If any part of the Terms of Service listed on this web page are not enforceable, the rest of the Terms of Service will remain enforceable.

If you choose to apply for sponsorship with P1gaming you understand that we do not offer any guarantee or warranty or any other type of assurance with any service we offer. We may change the requirements for sponsorship at any time without notice.

You choose to indemnify and hold harmless our organization and its affiliates/agents from and against any liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) reasonably incurred with respect to any action or proceeding brought or threatened to be brought before any court, administrative body, or other tribunal, or for any losses or perceived loses the use of our services or membership in our communities might bring.

Payment:

If you choose to resign from P1 Creators or if you leave the P1 Creators Discord, any payment we owe you is considered abandoned and will be donated to P1Gaming. We may choose to give you the payment anyway.

Any funds given to P1Gaming by any means is not considered and investment but a donation. No expectation of return is guaranteed by P1Gaming. The funds invested are considered a donation and no legal action may be taken regarding the funds. Moreover, if you choose to donate funds we owe you by indicating that you would like to do so in a form or in conversation with RedEagle or other leaders of P1gaming in our Discord, forum or by any other means, your cannot change, recoup or revoke that donation or recover the funds in any manner. Donated funds belong to P1gaming. Moreover, if you choose to donate funds we owe you, you accept the privilege of participating as fair compensation for any work you create in relationship to the Service or for P1Gaming.

We may require personal information before payment is given.

As a member of P1gaming or user of our Service, you declare that your word is your bond and that commitments made, no matter how rudimentary, or where they are made, are seen as binding agreements. This also includes commitments made in regard to donation percentages. If you mention donating a percent of your earnings, that is considered a binding, irrevocable agreement to make that donation. Donations cannot be refunded. Everything in this paragraph allies retroactively.

If you choose to send P1Gaming, RedEagle or other P1 leaders an asset, song, photo, build, idea or product, hereafter “Thing”, you are choosing to give P1Gaming that Thing. You also choose to hand over the copyright of that Thing. If you do not intend to give up the rights to that Thing you can let us know within 10 days of sending us or linking that Thing and you will retain ownership of that Thing. This also includes Things you send us, or link to, via Discord or on any other social platform. Moreover, if you clock hours, accept shares or accept or request any other reward for work done, at that moment, the work you have done will transfer in copyright to P1 and that copyright cannot be transferred back or requested to be transferred back in the same manner stated above. Upon signing or agreeing to this agreement you retroactively give us the rights to all Things you have sent us before signing this form if those Things were sent us (P1Gaming, RedEagle or other P1 leaders) in some relation to an activity of P1gaming such as a project we worked on together. If you do not want to give us access to these Things, you may contact RedEagle_P1#4480 on Discord or use our Contact Form (https://form.jotform.com/50143000067942) to contact us and specify which Things were not intended to be handed over to P1Gaming and you may retain the copyright to those Things.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use this Service. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.
